Total Joint Rehab is a complete care physical therapy facility. We pride ourselves on our patient-focused service. Your care begins and ends with the same therapist, ensuring a complete understanding of the issue at hand. Treatment includes manual, mechanical therapy and patient education – together we can achieve success in your treatment.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday – 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Jason Kucharski is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy,
with a special interest in Mechanical Diagnoses and Treatment.
A 1998 graduate of the Ohio State University School of Physical Therapy,
Jason has spent eight years practicing physical therapy.
